1. There are 43,265 mobile homes are in British Columbia.
2. There are 917 mobile home parks in B.C.
3. Parks represent 3 per cent of B.C.’s housing stock.
4. 45 per cent of mobile home owners carry no mortgage.
6. 84 per cent of mobile homes are owner occupied.
7. Medium income of mobile home owners is $38,000.
8. 50 per cent of mobile home owners are 65+ (seniors).
9. 20 per cent of mobile homes are young families with children.
